Eligibility
Participation is open to legal residents of the United States aged 18 years or older at the time of purchase.
Proof of age and identity may be required prior to prize confirmation.
Travel Documentation
The winner and their guest are solely responsible for:
- Valid passports
- Any required visas
- Entry requirements for South Korea
- Compliance with airline and government regulations
Failure to obtain required documentation may result in forfeiture of the prize without compensation.
Travel Insurance
The winner and their guest are responsible for obtaining their own:
- Travel insurance
- Health insurance
- Medical coverage abroad
K+BROWN is not responsible for medical expenses, travel disruptions, or unforeseen incidents during the trip.
Force Majeure
K+BROWN shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or inability to fulfill the prize due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:
- Government restrictions
- Natural disasters
- Airline disruptions
- Public health emergencies
- Political events
In such cases, K+BROWN reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or substitute the prize with equivalent value.
Liability
By accepting the prize, the winner and guest agree that:
- K+BROWN is not liable for injury, loss, damage, or claims arising from participation in the trip.
- Participation in activities is voluntary.
Content & UGC Agreement
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to:
- Participate in scheduled brand activities
- Create and publish at least one UGC video
- Tag K+BROWN on social media
The winner grants K+BROWN the right to repost and use the content for marketing purposes.
