At K-BROWN, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns and refunds under the terms below.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, the item should be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- In its original packaging
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products are generally not eligible for return unless the item is defective or damaged.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your product arrives defective, damaged, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo proof.
Once we verify the issue, we will replace the item or issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange your product for a different scent/variant (when applicable), contact us and we will assist you. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refund to Store Credit / Gift Card (Optional)
At our discretion, we may offer a refund in the form of store credit or gift card for return requests through our self-service return portal.

Shipping Costs for Returns
